THE EASIEST WAY TO MAKE A RESERVATION IS TO CLICK THE "RESERVE YOUR SITE" LINK ABOVE. YOU CAN CHECK AVAILABILITY, RESERVE AND PAY FOR YOUR SITE 24 HOURS A DAY. IN ORDER TO USE THE ONLINE RESERVATION SYSTEM, YOU MUST BOOK AT LEAST ONE DAY IN ADVANCE WITH AT LEAST A 2 DAY RESERVATION. FOR A ONE NIGHT STAY, YOU WILL NEED TO CALL THE OFFICE DURING BUSINESS HOURS.

For the safety of our park and our customers, and respect of fellow campers already in the park as not to disturb them after quiet hours, ALL RV Site reservations must arrive before sunset. Late arrivals will be required to park up front till morning.

RV Site Deposit Policy A credit card deposit equal to one night stay will be taken at time reservation is made. See Rate Page with the exception of Holiday and special event weekends. (See Below)
Holiday weekends including Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, and special event weekends including War Eagle Craft Show, and Bikes, Blues, And BBQ require a 3 night minimum stay and requires full payment at time the reservation is made. Rates may vary.
Cabin Reservations: Cabins require a minimum stay of two nights. A three night stay is required on holidays and special event weekends. All Cabins require a $100.00 deposit at the time the reservation is made. All rates are based on max occupancy of 4 persons. Max of 2 children per cabin.
NO PETS, COOKING OR SMOKING IS ALLOWED IN THE CABINS OR HIDEAWAY.
A $200.00 minimum cleaning fee will be charged for pets, smoking or cooking in our cabins or the Hideaway.
RV & Cabin Cancellation Policy A $15.00 cancellation fee applies to ALL cancellations made 15 days or more of the scheduled arrival date. A fee equal to one nights stay applies to ALL cancellations made less than 15 days of scheduled arrival date with the exception of holidays and special event weekends (See Below).
Cancellations made after arrival are non refundable.
If you do not call or email BEFORE the day of arrival and are a no show for your reserved dates, you will be charged for the entire remaining balance.
ALL CANCELLATIONS WILL RECEIVE A CANCELLATION EMAIL TO VERIFY THAT WE DID CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION. IF YOU DO NOT GET ONE WITHIN 24 HOURS PLEASE LET US KNOW. THIS IS SO YOU CAN CONFIRM THAT THE CANCELLATION WAS MADE. ALSO THIS IS YOUR PROOF THAT IT WAS CANCELLED.
RV & Cabins Cancellation Policy for Holiday & Special Event Weekends:
Reservations, which Include: Bikes, Blues, and BBQ, War Eagle Craft Show, Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day must be made 30 or more days prior to the event for a refund, minus the $15.00 cancellation fee. All Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the event or holiday are non-refundable and non-transferable to another date or person.
2020 Bikes, Blues, And BBQ dates are Sept. 23-27-2020
2020 War Eagle dates are: October 14-18-2020
PET POLICY
We welcome your well behaved pets. If you have an animal that consistently barks, growls, lunges or snaps in a vicious manner, we cannot accommodate you at our park. Please leave these animals at home, as to not endanger or upset other campers. We want to keep a family friendly campground for everyone, so every camper feels comfortable in our park. Of course, ALL pets must be on a leash (6 feet or less) at all times and cannot be left outside unattended. The number one complaint is when a dog barks all the time, Especially when it is left unattended. If you plan on coming and leaving your dog in your camper while you go take in the area's sites you might want to think twice. That is unfair to your fellow campers to leave your pet to bark all-day while you are gone. Not to mention the stress on your pet.
You MUST pick up after your pet every time. Even a small pet.
Refund Policy: On day of your arrival we will charge any remaining balance to your card. If you need to shorten your stay please do so before the day of arrival. On the morning of arrival at 10:00 A.M. we assume that you are staying the time that you have reserved and will charge any remaining balance at that time. No refunds are made after that time. (Holiday and special event times are subject to the normal minimum stays and cancellation policies).
