Camping season will soon be upon us. We are busy working on the park.
Please email us your reservation to email@example.com with the following information and
we will check on availability and call or email you back to confirm and for your credit card number to
finalize your reservation.

New or repeat customer of the last 3 years
Name and FULL address is required. (If husband and wife, etc please give both please. Exp. Jeff and Cindy Lewis).
Good Sam's number if enrolled.
Name of adults. Plus how many minors 6 and over.
Number of Pets, S, M, L. If it's a dog, Need Breed, (Breeds considered vicious are not allowed in park.)
Size/length/ & 30 or 50 AMP of your rig. Not either or.
Type of Rig/ Travel Trailer, Motor Home, 5th Wheel, Toy Hauler, Popup, truck camper,
If you are towing a car or trailer.
Date of arrival, number of nights staying and the date of the morning that you will be leaving.
Any special instructions such as close to bath house or Trolley, pull thru requested if possible, camp next to John Doe,
Cell number that you can be reached and hours that we may contact you.
Any extra vehicles or trailers and the length of the trailers. (Over the one camping unit and tow vehicle included)

We will acknowledge that we have received your reservation by replying to your email. Then as soon as we get the new system up and going we will key it in and call and get your credit card information and then send a formal confirmation to you. This should be by Mid March.
We are working on having an online reservation system in before 2019 camping season . As of 01/25/19 it is in production.

RV Site Deposit Policy …A credit card deposit equal to a one nights stay will be taken at time reservation is made. See Rate Page.
Holiday weekends including Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, and special event weekends including War Eagle Craft Show, and Bikes, Blues, And BBQ require a 3 night minimum stay and requires full payment at time the reservation is made. Rates may vary.
Cabin Reservations: Cabins require a minimum stay of two nights. Three nights stay required on Holidays and Special Event Weekends. All Cabins require full payment of stay on a credit card deposit at time reservation is made.
All rates are based on max occupancy of 4.
Max of 2 children per cabin.
THERE IS NO SMOKING, PETS, OR COOKING ALLOWED IN ANY CABIN.
$200.00 minimum cleaning fee for smoking, or pets, in cabin.
THERE IS NO SMOKING, PETS, COOKING, OR CHILDREN ALLOWED IN HIDE-A-WAY.
$200.00 minimum cleaning fee for smoking, pets or children in the Hide-Away.
RV & Cabin Cancellation Policy...A $15.00 cancellation fee applies to ALL cancellations made 15 days or more of the scheduled arrival date. A fee equal to one night stay applies to ALL cancellations made less than 15 days of scheduled arrival date with the exception of Holidays and Special Event Weekends (See Below).
RV & Cabins Cancellation Policy for Holiday Weekends and Special Event Weekends:
Including Bikes, Blues, and BBQ, War Eagle Craft Show, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day must be made 30 or more days prior to the event for a refund minus the $15.00 cancellation fee. All Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the event or holiday are non-refundable and non transferable to another date or person.
